After learning how to make olive oil, you’ll learn to appreciate the nuances and discern quality through an olive oil tasting.
Have a chat with the man behind such an amazing project and ask questions about his family, the olive oil their farm to table lifestyle. The family grows vegetables and keeps animals on the estate as well. Taste their homemade local food: bread prosciutto, cheese, olives and drinkhomemade grape brandy, juices, wine and of course Olive oil while you rest and take in the breathtaking scenery.
